Executive Board

The Executive Board (EB) is created with the aims of promoting the diffusion and divulgation of the GODT website and the Global Database; providing official contacts of different countries for the collection of data; supporting/ advising the GODT workgroup in decision making when requested and promoting and providing studies/research based on data derived from the Global database.

The EB is formed by:

The Director of the Spanish Transplant Organization (ONT)

A group of professionals directly involved in the daily work of the GODT at the ONT, dealing with the website issues and the collection, management and analysis of statistics.

Three other external experts who have been individually appointed to compose the EB for their large experience in the field and for the invaluable advice and contributions to the project (global database and the website). They represent international organizations:

Jose R. Nuñez, MD, PhD – is currently in charge of the Transplantation programme at the World Health Organization (WHO).

Marta López-Fraga, PhD – works at present for the Secretary to the European Committee on Organ Transplantation (CD-P-TO) at the Council of Europe (CoE).

M. Dolores Pérez-Rosales, MD, MPH- is the Regional Advisor for Blood Services and Organ Transplants at the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO).
